Large Diameter Welded Pipe From Canada: Preliminary Results of Changed Circumstances Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is issuing the preliminary results of the changed circumstances review (CCR) of the antidumping (AD) order on large diameter welded pipe (LDWP) from Canada with respect to Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. (Interpro). Commerce preliminarily determines that Interpro is the successor-in-interest to Evraz Inc. NA Canada (Evraz) with respect to the AD order on LDWP from Canada. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. The official record describes this as a completed action.
