Walk-Behind Lawn Mowers From China and Vietnam; Termination of Five-Year Reviews

The Commission instituted the subject five-year review on June 1, 2026, to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on walk-behind lawn mowers from China and Vietnam and the countervailing duty order on walk-behind lawn mowers from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. On September 8, 2026, the Department of Commerce published notice in the Federal Register that it was revoking the orders effective August 31, 2026, because no domestic interested party filed a timely notice of intent to participate (91 FR 57132). Accordingly, the subject reviews are terminated. The official record describes this as a completed action.
