Electronic Export Manifest for Truck Cargo Test

This document announces that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will conduct an Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Electronic Export Manifest (EEM) for Truck Cargo Test. The ACE EEM for Truck Cargo Test is a voluntary test in which truck export participants agree to the submission of certain limited export manifest data electronically at least 24 hours prior to departure from the United States to a foreign destination to then be complemented by the complete export manifest filing no later than two (2) hours prior to arrival at the final port of export. This notice provides a description of the test, sets forth eligibility requirements for participation, and invites public comment on any aspect of the test. The official record describes this as a completed action.
