Certain Boiler Protection for Absorption Refrigeration Systems and Components Thereof; Notice of the Commission's Final Determination Finding a Violation of Section 337; Issuance of a General Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders; Termination of the Investigation

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has found a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, in this investigation and has issued a general exclusion order ("GEO") prohibiting the importation of certain boiler protection for absorption refrigeration systems and components thereof that infringe claims 1, 4, 6, and 10 of U.S. Patent No. 8,056,360 ("the '360 patent"), and cease and desist orders ("CDOs") against the defaulting respondents. The official record describes this as a completed action.
