Certain Wearable Breast Pumps, Associated Milk Storage Containers, and Components Thereof; Notice of Institution of Investigation

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on August 20, 2026, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Willow Innovations, Inc. of Mountain View, California and Willow Blossom HoldCo Ltd. of the United Kingdom. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain wearable breast pumps, associated milk storage containers, and components thereof by reason of the infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 11,660,380 ("the '380 patent"); U.S. Patent No. 12,370,292 ("the '292 patent"); U.S. Patent No. D1,053,344 ("the D'344 patent"); U.S. Patent No. 11,813,388 ("the '388 patent"); and U.S. Patent No. D1,031,993 ("the D'993 patent"). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists or is in the process of being established as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainants request that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders. The official record describes this as a completed action.
