Privacy Act of 1974; Matching Program

In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance on computer matching, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) published a document in the Federal Register of September 11, 2026, concerning request for comments on a Privacy Act notice for a modified matching program. Pursuant to the Payment Integrity Information Act of 2019, SBA is modifying a matching program consisting of the computerized comparison of systems of records for benefits programs at SBA with the U.S. Department of Treasury's Do Not Pay (DNP) Working System, which is administered by Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service. This document inadvertently omitted the associated Privacy Act System of Records associated with the matching program in the Appendix. The official record describes this as a completed action.
