Air Plan Approval; Kentucky; Campbell-Clermont Area Maintenance Plan for the 2010 1-Hour SO2 NAAQS

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Kentucky on February 20, 2025, for the purpose of establishing a second 10-year maintenance plan for the Kentucky portion of the Campbell-Clermont, Kentucky-Ohio maintenance area for the 2010 1-hour sulfur dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standards. The EPA is proposing to approve this SIP revision because the Commonwealth has demonstrated that it is consistent with the Clean Air Act. The official record describes this as a completed action.
