Rescission Notice; Pleasant Creek Supplemental Watershed Plan, Sanpete County, Utah

The NRCS Utah State Office, in coordination with Mt. Pleasant City, Pleasant Creek Irrigation Company, and Twin Creek Irrigation Company, is rescinding the Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Pleasant Creek Supplemental Watershed Plan in Sanpete County, Utah, which was published in the Federal Register on May 8, 2024. NRCS has determined that the NOI was issued prior to confirming viable alternatives and need for an EIS. The official record describes this as a completed action.
