Tin Mill Products From China, Taiwan, and Turkey; Scheduling of the Final Phase of Countervailing Duty and Antidumping Duty Investigations

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of the final phase of antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701-TA-792 and 731-TA-1786-1788 (Final) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of tin mill products from China, Taiwan, and Turkey, provided for in subheadings 7210.11.00, 7210.12.00, 7210.50.00, 7212.10.00, 7212.50.00, if of non-alloy steel and under HTSUS subheadings 7225.99.00, and 7226.99.01 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, preliminarily determined by the Department of Commerce ("Commerce") to be subsidized and sold at less-than-fair-value. Commerce's preliminary determinations with respect to tin mill products from Taiwan and Turkey, alleged to be sold in the United States at less-than-fair- value, are pending. The official record describes this as a completed action.
